About a year ago I stumbled upon the healthy living blog community. Reading blogs like Julie’s, Monica’s, and Courtney’s quickly became one of my favorite ways to procrastinate – one of my greatest talents I must say!
I’ve been thinking about starting my own blog for a while now but it wasn’t until yesterday that I came up with a name for the blog that I actually like. Ok, so Running on Coffee was my first choice, but that was taken
What can you expect from the blog? To tell you the truth I’ll be figuring that out as I go…
I can tell you that fitness is a huge part of my life, so I will be sharing that with you. I love going to the gym, whether for a BodyPump or BodyStep class, or to zone out on the elliptical with the latest issues of People, US Weekly, Cosmo, or Glamour. I’m also currently training for a half-marathon, which is only a few weeks away!
I’ll also be writing book reviews, sharing some of my travel stories, and posting reality tv recaps. I might as well do something to make my watching the Bachelor, the Kardashians, and all the singing competitions seem somewhat productive right
